This Privacy Policy explains the terms, rules and conditions of Build Me Up application through which our app processes users’ data. At our platform, the privacy of all of our subscribers, users, and members are protected and respected. This privacy statement is drafted in order to declare our app’s data protection and data collection practices. This explains specifically how we protect user’s data, and what measures have been taken in order to be in compliance with different privacy laws. This policy is written for all the members, users, (collectively, “users”) to understand how our app “Build Me Up” (“we”, “our”, “app”, “Build Me Up”) uses, collects, shares, and protects users’ information and data. We request our users to read this privacy policy statement before using our app.
SECTION 2 – COLLECTION OF DATA
Our app collects information including personal data about the users of the app to provide them the best possible services. The data which will be collected in this process will also be used to communicate with that user through e-mail and/or newsletters. Some of the information that is gathered by the app through automatic means will be collected by the different protocols that have been introduced over the years. Users can use Apple ID or Google account in order to access our app’s services.
2.1. User And Buyer Information Collection.
There will be a collection of information from you when you made a user account on our. The information you may provide includes but not limited to:
- Full Name and/or Username
- Birthday
- Gender
- Email Address
- Photographs
- Any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly or indirectly through our app.
2.2. Automatic Information Collection
We also collect information that is collected by general application including app permission for the purpose of providing our services. This type of information includes (but not limited to) app usage by users, analytical information, Mobile Device ID (e.g., IMEI, AD ID), firmware version, geographic location, language and its preference, and data and time of users’ browsing history. We may release such information in aggregate form for the purpose of making our services better. Please note that in aggregate form none of the individual users can be identified. Our application will also collect information that is considered personal identifiable information such as IP address and other information collected through cookies. 2.3. Posting and Conduct Restrictions
When you create your own personalized account, you may be able to provide “User Content” to the Service. You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post, upload, link to or otherwise make available via the Service.
You agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. The Company, however, reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Service at its sole discretion.
We grant you permission to use and access the Service, subject to the following express conditions surrounding User Content. You agree that failure to adhere to any of these conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
By transmitting and submitting any User Content while using the Service, you agree as follows:
· You are solely responsible for your account and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using your account;
· You will not post information that is malicious, libelous, false or inaccurate;
· You will not post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive;
· You retain all ownership rights in your User Content but you are required to grant the following rights to the Site and to users of the Service as set forth more fully under the “License Grant” and “Intellectual Property” provisions below: When you upload or post User Content to the Site or the Service, you grant to the Site a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that Content in connection with the provision of the Service; and you grant to each user of the Service, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access your User Content through the Service, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such Content to the extent permitted by the Service and under these Terms of Use;
· You will not submit content that is copyrighted or subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, or others, unless you are the owner of such rights or have the appropriate permission from their rightful owner to specifically submit such content; and
· You hereby agree that we have the right to determine whether your User Content submissions are appropriate and comply with these Terms of Service, remove any and/or all of your submissions, and terminate your account with or without prior notice.
You understand and agree that any liability, loss or damage that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that you make available or access through your use of the Service is solely your responsibility. The Site is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your User Content.
The Site does not, and cannot, pre-screen or monitor all User Content. However, at our discretion, we, or technology we employ, may monitor and/or record your interactions with the Service or with other Users.
SECTION 3 – USE OF COOKIES
Our application and different service provider through our application will collect information through cookies. A cookie is a log file that collects certain information and is stored on the user’s or visitor’s device or personal computer. This information will be provided back to the service provider if such a user or visitor makes a return visit. Our app uses cookies so it can identify and help to track the users of our app. There are many types of cookies, however, most commonly only two types of cookies are used. Session cookies are temporary cookies that are deleted once the user exits the browser while the permanent cookies remain in the users’ or visitor’s browser until the cookie log files are either deleted by the user or expired on their own. We use cookies in order to (i) understand how visitors are arriving on our app; (ii) in order to monitor the usage of our app; (iii) remembering about when a user last visited our app and if the cookie persists continuing that user’s usage from the last time; (iv) in order to display advertisement with our advertisement platform partner; and (iv)to conduct research and development by gathering user data in aggregated form. Users can also change their settings to make that the cookies are not being collected by making sure the collection of the cookies is disabled.

Web Beacons: “Web beacons” (also known as “clear gifs” and “pixel tags”) are small transparent graphic images that are often used in conjunction with cookies in order to further personalize our app’s services for our users, collect a limited set of information about our visitors, and advertise to our users. We may also use web beacons in email communications in order to understand the behavior of our customers, such as whether an email has been opened or acted upon.

We (app) will not share, lease, or sell any personal user information to a third party (unless specifically required by legal authorities for lawful purposes or with our service-providing partners). We are also disclosing that there may be a presence of third-party links on our app. We will also use the services of Google Analytics (or other analytical tools) in order to track user’s session activity, bounce rate, time of stay, and general traffic analytics. Most of these links will only there in order to help us provide our services.
SECTION 5 – PROTECTION AND SHARING OF CONSUMERS AND USERS DATA
We are committed to protecting the personal data of consumers and users to the best of our ability. Data security is necessary and therefore in compliance with the global data privacy laws we have implemented the measures in order to make sure that all data belonging to the consumers and users of our app is well protected. We have made sure that all the transactions on and through our app are going through well-protected payment platforms
We May Share Users’ Information In Following Instances:
- When we are required by a court of law or legal authority to do so.
- When our business is transferred or sold to a new company or owner and in that transaction, the data stored by us will also be transferred to the new owner.
- We may store and transfer the personal data of the users out of the United Kingdom and European region in order to better provide our services. This step will be taken in order to make our services better. Users of our app acknowledge that their data can be stored on hosting servers that are outside the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
- We will share the users’ data with our service providers ( such as web-hosting providers, payment partners, etc.), affiliates, marketing partners, business partners, and others who have legal rights to access users’ data.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. In compliance with the GDPR, CCPA, and CalOPPA other user privacy rights, this statement has been provided for all the users of our app who are using any of our services. All the users have the right to access their personal information and they have the right to know how their data is being stored on our app. Users can also have their data removed or transferred from our app.
Under user rights and you have the following rights as a consumer, user, and purchaser:

This statement has been specifically drafted for our European users and we are declaring that the data of the users from European Economic Zone areas will be stored outside of the EU jurisdiction. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to use our app or services specifically it is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18 to provide us any personally identifiable information in any way. Any such information unknowingly collected by our app will be deleted as soon as we have become aware of it. SECTION 10 – OPT-OUT RIGHT FROM E-MAIL LIST
All users have the right to opt out of our e-mail list by removing themselves from our e-mail list. Users can either e-mail us at [email protected] if they wish to stop receiving our e-mails or they can also follow the link provided at the end of every email, follow the link to our app and chose opt-out or unsubscribe.
